Shipping policy

We currently ship to selected countries and regions for our first drop. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over USD $160, after discounts and before taxes, to eligible destinations.

For orders under USD $160, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Where Orders Ship From

Orders may ship from either our studio in China or our U.S. warehouse, depending on product availability and fulfillment timing. The shipping origin is determined automatically and cannot be selected at checkout.

If your order ships from China, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch for most destinations.

If your order ships from our U.S. warehouse, delivery times may be shorter depending on your location.

Please allow additional time for order processing before dispatch. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Preorder Shipping

Some pieces may be available for preorder.

Preorder items are expected to ship by June 30, 2026, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Each piece is handmade one by one in small batches by our studio in China. Because of this small-batch process, preorder pieces may take more time to complete.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the order may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on your country or region.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or local fees, or if it is returned to us because of unpaid duties, any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier penalty fees may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
