Refund policy
We want you to feel confident about your order with OBSIDA FORM.
If your piece is not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free from stains, fragrance, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
- Approved through our return process before being sent back
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped back to our designated U.S. return address. Return shipping for refunds is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
For orders that qualified for complimentary shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
U.S. Exchanges
Each U.S. order includes one complimentary exchange.
If the size is not quite right, or if you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. The original item must be returned to our designated U.S. return address.
After the original item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
Complimentary exchanges are subject to availability and apply once per order.
For style exchanges, any price difference will be adjusted before the exchange is processed. If the replacement item is higher in price, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
Price differences are calculated based on the amount paid for the original item and the price of the replacement item at the time the exchange is approved.
The first complimentary exchange for U.S. orders includes return shipping to our designated U.S. return address and shipping of the replacement item.
Additional exchanges after the first complimentary exchange are subject to availability, and the customer is responsible for both the return shipping to our designated U.S. return address and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
International Exchanges
International exchanges are available, but additional exchange shipping fees may apply.
For orders outside the U.S., customers are generally responsible for return shipping and may also be responsible for replacement shipping costs.
The exact exchange shipping fee will be confirmed by email before the exchange is processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
Preorder Items
Preorder items are eligible for returns and exchanges under the same policy unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If a preorder shipment is delayed beyond the stated shipping window, we will notify you with an updated timeline. You may choose to continue waiting or cancel the delayed preorder item for a refund before it ships.
